Shipping in Israel

Standard shipping within Israel costs 39 NIS.

Free shipping on orders over 599 NIS.

Orders are usually delivered within 2–10 business days. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Please make sure to provide the correct mobile number at checkout, as the courier may need to contact you regarding your delivery.

You may also leave special delivery instructions when placing your order, such as: “Please leave next door if I’m not home.”

Self Pick-Up

Free self pick-up is available from:

Self pick-up orders will be ready for collection within 1–7 business days.

Once your order has been placed, please wait for a confirmation message letting you know that it is ready for pick-up.

The message will include the current opening hours and all the information you need for collection.

Please do not arrive at the pick-up point before receiving this message.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship international orders via DHL to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.

Please allow approximately 5–14 business days for international delivery.

Australia — $75

International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties and additional handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies and charges vary between countries, so we recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges in Israel

The first courier return or exchange of clothing and other items that require fitting on the body is free of charge for orders within Israel.

Bags, accessories and other items that do not require fitting are not eligible for a complimentary courier return or exchange. A shipping fee of 39 NIS will be charged for each return or exchange arranged via courier.

Customers may return or exchange bags and accessories free of charge by bringing them independently to our self pick-up location, subject to prior coordination.

Any additional courier return or exchange of clothing from the same order will be charged 39 NIS.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 7–10 business days.

In-Person Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged in person, free of charge, at:

In-person returns and exchanges must be coordinated with us in advance.

Please wait for a confirmation message containing the current opening hours and return instructions before arriving at the self pick-up location.

Items sent independently by mail or another delivery service are the customer’s responsibility and expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SOMEWHERE cannot be responsible for returned packages until they have been received by us.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights granted to customers under applicable consumer protection law.
