Shipping in Israel

Standard shipping within Israel costs 35 NIS.

Free shipping on orders over 599 NIS.

Orders are usually delivered within 2–10 business days. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Please make sure to provide the correct mobile number at checkout, as the courier may need to contact you regarding your delivery.

You may also leave special delivery instructions when placing your order, such as: “Please leave next door if I’m not home.”

Self Pick-Up

Free self pick-up is available from:

Self pick-up orders will be ready for collection within 1–7 business days.

Once your order has been placed, please wait for a confirmation message letting you know that it is ready for pick-up.

The message will include the current opening hours and all the information you need for collection.

Please do not arrive at the pick-up point before receiving this message.

We ship international orders via DHL to the following countries:

Please allow approximately 5–14 business days for international delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging attached.

Returns & Exchanges in Israel

Your first return or exchange via courier is free of charge for all orders within Israel.

Any additional return or exchange from the same order will be charged 35 NIS.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 7–10 business days.
