Shipping

Israel

The standard shipping fee for all orders is 39 NIS.

Free shipping on all orders over 599 NIS.

Standard delivery within Israel takes 2–10 business days. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with your estimated delivery date and tracking information.

We offer free self-pickup from:

Zeitlin 1, Tel Aviv

Please make sure to enter the correct mobile number at checkout, as the courier may need to contact you regarding your delivery.

Worldwide

We ship international orders via DHL to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.

International deliveries may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties and handling charges. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging.

Clothing

For clothing and other items that require fitting, the first return or exchange via courier is free of charge for orders within Israel.

Any additional return or exchange via courier costs 39 NIS.

Bags & Accessories

Returns and exchanges of bags and accessories via courier cost 39 NIS.

Alternatively, items may be returned or exchanged independently at our pickup location at Guga Coffee & Wine, Zeitlin 1, Tel Aviv, free of charge.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received was faulty or an error was made on our behalf.

Until a returned item reaches us, responsibility for the shipment remains with the customer. For independently shipped returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
